Playoff Information/Rules
Please be reminded that each additional yellow card after accumulating 3 means an additional 1 game suspension - yellow cards carry over to the Cup, so please warn your players to be on their best behaviour - also, Cards are a significant tie-breaker if teams are tied in the Round-Robin (see below)
Please also be reminded that it is the captain's responsibility to ensure that suspensions are complied with - playing a suspended player results in a forfeit of that game.
Cup Round-Robin Tie-breaking formula
Most Points (3 for a win, 1 for a tie)
Goal differential in games between tied teams
Fewest Red Cards received in the Round-Robin
Fewest Yellow Cards received in the Round-Robin

It is with great sadness that we pass on the news that one of our long-term players and a referee, Gerry Melnyk, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday May 5, 2007 at his home in Uxbridge. Always a friend and one to offer a helpful hand, Gerry was helping out as the Registrar of our Club this year.
A Memorial service will be held at the Low and Low Funeral Home, 23 Main Street South, Uxbridge on Friday May 11, at 2p.m. A donation in his memory has been made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.

The Annual General Meeting is now going to be 1p.m on Sunday May 6th at 1p.m at Annandale - we will be holding the captain's draft at the end of the AGM, instead of on May 9th - all captains are expected to attend the AGM and the draft..
